A fibreglass diffuser manifests a backlit material surface, immediately reminiscent of the image of lunar soil. The winding of a ‘counter-figure’ on the back of the diffuser, rotates on a vertical axis, creating the design of the phases of the moon, producing different projections of light. The interaction between the product and its user creates suggestive, magical atmospheres.
